All 58qm Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise expressly stated.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically clear within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your 58qm balance depending on banking system processing times. You must only deposit funds that you own outright and that are not proceeds of any illegal activity. 58qm reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its ongoing anti-money laundering obligations. All deposits are accepted and held in PKR. For Cryptocurrency deposits, the equivalent PKR value at the time of confirmed receipt will be credited to your Real Money Balance.
Withdrawal of funds from your 58qm Real Money Balance is subject to the following conditions:
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be placed on hold until identity verification is finalised. 58qm strongly recommends completing KYC as soon as possible after registration to avoid any delay when you have a cashout ready.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (PKR). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets from fully verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawal times are estimates and may be extended in cases where additional verification is required.
Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. 58qm will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, 58qm may require the withdrawal to be returned to the same method in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
58qm reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional verification, including but not limited to source of funds checks, bonus wagering requirement review, or suspected fraudulent activity. All bonus funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met using Bonus Balance only — Real Money Balance wagers do not count toward bonus wagering completion unless expressly stated.

Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed from the Account without compensation.
